A city guide to aesthetic medicine

The district index

London by district

Six London districts, six different aesthetic markets. How Marylebone, Chiswick, Kensington, the City, Shoreditch and Wimbledon differ on price, appointment length and standards.

London does not have one aesthetic market. It has a consultant-led medical quarter, two neighbourhood markets built on repeat local custom, an international district where privacy is the product, a weekday market shaped entirely by the working day, and the most competitive and fastest-moving market in the country. Price for the same nominal treatment varies roughly threefold across them.

What changes between districts

Four things vary in ways that affect the treatment you receive, rather than merely what it costs.
